Summary of Specifications:
SMG is seeking proposals for janitorial and cleaning services at the Times Union Center as requested by SMG as agent for the County of Albany.

Janitorial and cleaning services will be required at the Times Union Center, Times Union Center parking Garage, the walkway connecting the Times Union Center and the Empire State Plaza. This will also include the outside steps, the atrium area, team tenants offices, the parking lot area and all sidewalks continguous to the Times Union Center.
