Summary of Specifications:
The Albany County Department for Aging (hereafter known as ACDFA) requests to secure a comprehensive, integrated client based information management system that would allow the ACDFA, Albany County NY Connects and ACDFA providers to collect, track, manage, retrieve and store client data in a manner that meets New York State and Federal CAARS and NAPIS requirements. This project will allow ACDFA to generate an unduplicated count of clients served and reduce or eliminate duplicate data entry.
