Summary of Specifications:
The Albany County Department of Social Services (ACDSS) is seeking proposals for Enhanced Engagement Employment Services for Recipients of Temporary Assistance and Safety Net Subsidies. Specific areas of focus are: job placement services for non-English speaking clients; unsubsidized on-the-job training placements; and job-interview related services modeled on the "Dress for Success" program. Funded by the NYS office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (ODTA), these contracts seek to increase the County's ability to achieve federal work participation rate requirements.
