Summary of Specifications:
The Albany County Department of General Services is requesting bids for Emergency Generator Installation Project at the Albany County Office Building, 112 State Street, Albany, NY 12207. Bid specifications may be obtained at the office of the Albany County Department of General Services, Purchasing Division, 112 State Street, Room 940, Albany, NY 12207. A $50.00 deposit and a $5.00 service charge are required for each set of bidding documents. Two checks, one in the amount of $50.00 and the other in the amount of $5.00, shall be made payable to the Albany county Director of Finance. the $50.00 depoist will be returned to those bidders and non-bidders who return the bidding documents, unmarked and in good condition, within 30 days of the bid opening. A five percent (5%) Bid Security and a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond will be required. There will be a pre-bid conference held on Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. at The Albany County Office building, 112 State Street, First Floor Lobby, Albany, NY 12207. This is the only scheduled conference. Interested bidders are strongly urged to attend.
