Summary of Specifications:
The County of Albany is seeking proposals for design and construction inspection services for CR154 (Osborne Road) Highway Improvement Project, as requested by the Department of Public Works, Division of Highway Engineering.

The intent of these specifications is to furnish information to responsible proposers for the purpose of obtaining proposals to retain a NYS licensed engineer to provide complete design and construction inspection services as outlined in the Section 4: Scope of Services for the Rehabilitation of CR154 (Osborne Road) from NY5 to Albany-Shaker Rd. in the Town of Colonie.
