The Successful Proposer (the Contractor) will provide cosmetology services to the inmates of The Albany County Correctional Facility. Such services include, but are not limited to, clipper cuts.

The Contractor will provide all required supplies (pending facility security approval) to be used in the provision of services. Such supplies include, but are not limited to, the following: scissors; brushes; combs; clippers; cleaning solutions. The Facility will provide and maintain all fixed equipment such as sinks.
