Summary of Specifications:
The County of Albany is seeking proposals for a Comprehensive Mental Health and Substance Abuse Information System, to be utilized by the departments of Mental Health and Children, Youth and Families. Services to be required under this contract include software implementation, training, ongoing software maintenance, enhancements and data conversion and support.
