Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bids will be received by the Albany County Purchasing Agent, Room 940, 112 State Street, Albany, NY until 11:00 AM May 8, 2003. Plans, specifications and bid proposals may be obtained at the Purchasing Department. A $100 deposit and a $5 service charge are required for each set of plans and specifications furnished to prospective bidders. Two checks shall be made payable to "Director of Finance, County of Albany", one for $100 and the other $5.
