Specifications include, but are not limited to: To establish a Price Agreement for Warm Mix/Cold Lay and Cold Mix Recycled Asphalt for the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT). This Price Agreement is for processing asphalt emulsions as specified in this Price Agreement with aggregatmeeting the NMDOT’s HMA’s Aggregate Gradation for SP IV or Base Course Type I Gradation, through a hot plant to produce a WarmMix Asphalt. The Price Agreement will also include processing of asphalt emulsions as specified in this Price Agreement with recycledasphalt millings through a central mixing plant to produce a Cold Mix Recycled Asphalt. Placement of the mixes to the specified width thickness or stockpiling of material as set forth in this Price Agreement shall also be a part of this Price Agreement. This Price Agreemeincludes materials, labor and equipment as per the specifications contained herein.
