Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Offeror shall provide a brief corporate profile including location of operation providing Temporary Medical Services in proximity to the JJS facilities described. Describe the number of continuous years in business and an organization detailing corporate structure. b. Offeror shall provide an overview of the methodology to measure staff competency for Temporary Medical Services and explain the provisions you would have in place to provide continual services to the Agency. c. Offeror shall provide staffing plan to include detail on the criteria that would be utilized when Offeror provides staffing personnel for all JJS facilities to include those in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Las Cruces, New Mexico. d. Offeror shall provide sample documentation of management reports available to Agency to include but not limited to the following: 1) Time staffing/billing reports by facility, department (if possible) and specialty 2) Quarterly and annual time staffing/billing report summary 3) Quarterly and annual staff competency review summaries for all staff assigned to the Agency e. Offeror shall detail contractor staff’s education and compliance program ensuring, Joint Commission required training pursuant to federal and state requirements. f. Offeror shall provide a copy of its Health Care Staffing Certification from The Joint Commission. https://www.jointcommission.org/ g. Offeror shall provide a comprehensive overview of their quality assurance and quality improvement program. Identify the key indicators, which will be monitored while detailing a program ensuring quality patient care and staff competency. h. Offeror shall provide documentation which identifies all professional liability claims or actions involving the proposed Temporary Medical Services group, along with a statement from each professional liability carrier detailing the type of claim and resolution for all claims made against any staff member in the last five years.
