Specifications include, but are not limited to: Preventative Maintenance will include, but not be limited to: 1. Visual inspection of all equipment as identified by facility at quarterly intervals or emergency call outs. Emergency call outs must have a response time of twenty-four hours of notification. 2. Certification that equipment is properly and safely functioning by a certified technician trained and authorized by the manufacturer. This will consist of placing a certification sticker on each piece of equipment with the time and date of service and signature of technician. This certification will be performed at quarterly intervals or emergency call outs as requested. 3. Inspections and certification to include but not limited to checking all moving parts for wear, checking all stationary parts for wear, checking nuts and bolts for tightness, checking all electrical connections, checking casters and slings for excessive wear or rust, checking all water and drain connections and disinfecting units on bathing equipment. 4. Providing quote for parts and replacing parts discovered during inspections with facility approval. Parts must be new Manufacturer’s approved parts only. 5. Provide certification and maintenance on any new Arjo Inc. equipment that may be purchased after the initial contract award. 6. Assisting each facility with the developing and maintaining equipment inventory by name, model and serial number for all Arjo equipment within the facility or added / deleted equipment due to new purchases or obsolescence. Bidders to provide pricing as per the following: 1. Total cost per quarterly visit. This shall include certified technician hourly rate. 2. Total travel cost, if applicable. This shall include mileage and lodging. 4. Emergency call out rate per visit 5. Discount percentage off of the current retail price list for parts and replacement parts. Bidders must provide current retail price list for parts.
