Specifications include, but are not limited to: Coordinate with DACDC and or court to transition people out of the DACDC and into community-based supervision. Coordinate with outpatient treatment provider to support adherence to treatment plan. Monitor participant attendance and adherence to the court orders or conditions of release. Track participant activity, actively remind and encourage participation and attendance at treatment sessions and court hearings. Submit non-compliance reports to the District Court, defense attorney, and the District Attorney’s Office. Based on the pretrial release screening results and court release orders, supervision may include daily face-to-face visits, GPS monitoring/electronic monitoring, drug testing, or other forms of supervision. Additionally, the Offeror will be required to utilize a data information exchange system to be provided by the County in order to share information among criminal justice professionals, social services agencies, other medical providers and DACDC personnel. Collaborations with other agencies to provide comprehensive services and leveraging other resources is also encouraged.
