Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of New Mexico Facilities Management (FM)-Utilities Division wishes to receive proposals to design and install a photovoltaic (PV) systems in two (2) phases with a value of $400,000.00 per phase. Phases are referred to herein as Phase 3 and Phase 4. Services to be provided will be in accordance with UNM standards that are included with this RFP. Systems must be provided with an Egauge monitoring system and internet connection to the UNM Valencia network. A PNM Supplemental Review will be required prior to construction. Phase 3 will install systems on the Health Sciences Building and Career Technical Center. Phase 4 will install systems on the Administration/Student Services Building and the Student Center & Cafeteria. FM-Utilities Division of the University of New Mexico wishes to receive proposals for designing and installing a PV system at the UNM Valencia campus. Any outages must be coordinated with UNM Utilities Coordinator. Required outages must be done during off hours (evening/weekends).
