Specifications include, but are not limited to: Establish a Price Agreement for the New Mexico Department of Military Affairs for Indoor Firing Range (IFR) Lead Dust Cleanup and Conversion. The New Mexico Army National Guard (NMARNG) Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) Environmental Branch is responsible for administering environmental programs for fourteen (14) major compliance categories for all New Mexico Army National Guard state and federal facilities: Air Emissions Management, Cultural Resources Management, Hazardous Materials Management, Hazardous Waste Management, Natural Resources Management, Other Environmental Issues, Pesticide Management, Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL) Management, Solid Waste Management, Toxic Substances Management, Wastewater Management, Water Quality Management, and the Environmental Management System (eMS). The CFMO Environmental Branch (DIM-EB) is responsible for the oversight of the aforementioned programs which includes tracking and documenting as related to compliance with federal and state environmental laws, statutes, mandates, executive orders, regulations, policies and procedures.
