Specifications include, but are not limited to: Effective date of coverage will be 1 July 2019. The group plan will be for an annual period commencing on the before mentioned date and may be renewed on an annual basis for up to nine (9) additional annual periods. B.The offeror will be expected to provide, at no cost to the University, enrollment applications and benefit booklets for all enrolled employees. C.Eligibility during the enrollment period will not be conditional on a medical examination. D.The premiums effective 1 July 2019 must be guaranteed for the first annual period. E.The premiums will be subject to a rate adjustment only once per year on 1 July. A sixty (60) day advanced notice of any rate change prior to the renewal date is required.
