Santa Clara Pueblo’s (SCP)Forestry Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firmsfor services related to the implementation of two FEMA Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) grant projects. These projects focus on hazard mitigation, flood risk reduction, and resilient community planning. The selected contractor(s) will provideservices for one orboth of the following FEMA BRIC grant projects: (1) Project Scoping – Canyon Flood Mitigation, which includes hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeling, alternativeanalysis, cost-benefit evaluation, and preliminary design; and (2) Building Codes – Resilient Community Building Codes, involving review and assessment of current codes, development of resilient building standards, and community engagement. Firms may submit proposals for either or both projects, depending on their expertise.
