Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The City if seeking proposals from qualified professional pyrotechnic firms to design, produce and execute a choreographed, multi -color aerial and low level fireworks display with an approximate duration of 20 to 30 minutes. 2. The pyrotechnic display is subject to New Mexico State Regulations governing Pyrotechnic Displays, NFP A 1123 guidelines, and approval of the authority having jurisdiction of the proposed display location. 3. The firework display will take place on July 4, 2024 between approximately 9:00 p.m. and 9:30p.m. (Mountain Time) and every following July 4th, for the duration of the contract term up to a maximum of four years, with the mutual agreement of both parties.
