Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of New Mexico Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) department is responsible for the management of capital projects for all UNM campuses across New Mexico. PDC is seeking a software tool to assist in the management of capital projects from the owner’s perspective. This software tool will facilitate tracking all aspects of capital project management, including origination of request, project approvals, scope documentation, line item budget and expense tracking, schedule development and document storage as well as additional functionality covering the entire facilities life-cycle of facility maintenance, capital planning, space management, space planning, etc.
