Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. 5th generation cellular capability capable of covering the frequency range of 600 MHz to 3900 MHz in support of all U.S. cellular networks. B. One (1) on-body apparatus (Haptic Belt) for triangulating a cellular signal in assistance with the CSS System outside of the vehicle. C. At least one CSS radio chassis containing a minimum of nine (9) software defined radios which are firmware upgradeable. D. Vehicle mounted direction-finding system integrated into CSS vehicle capable of being programmed directly by the CSS System client and supporting directional arrow to target. E. One (1) body worn system capable of tactile feedback to allow for heads-up and hands free for officer safety. No audio or visual inputs are required. F. The capability to locate and identify WiFi devices at both 2.4 GHz. and 5.8 GHz frequency ranges. G. A WiFi device capable of cellular Radio Frequency (RF) detection, and WiFi passive / active operation in one (1) unit. H. Four (4) handheld devices used for triangulating cell signals in assistance with the CSS System. I. Capability to interact with all makes and models of current cellular devices as well as WiFi devices. J. The CSS System shall fully integrate with the vehicle provided by the Awarded Bidder, including mounting and installation. K. Standard Manufacturer Warranty covering a minimum of three (3) years for CSS equipment and installation along with ongoing tech support availability.
