1. DESCRIPTION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
2. REQUIREMENT
The New Mexico Army National Guard requires prepared (boxed) meal services to support Annual Training and other scheduled training events at various locations throughout New Mexico. The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with one or more qualified vendors to fulfill this recurring requirement.
Anticipated Services Include:
- Meal preparation and delivery of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Meal delivery to training sites throughout New Mexico (locations will be specified in individual BPA call orders).
- Meals shall meet Government nutritional standards and any special dietary requirements (details provided in Performance Work Statement - PWS).

7. EVALUATION CRITERIA
The Government will evaluate quotes based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
8. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested vendors must submit the following with their quote:
- Proposed price lists or unit pricing for meal services.
- Documentation demonstrating capability to provide meal services to multiple locations across New Mexico.
- Relevant past performance information.
