The purpose of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of youth violence prevention services in our community, focusing on Youth Violence Interruption and Prevention. Youth Violence Interruption and Prevention Programs: Increase access and build capacity for healing and community restoration . Focus on the inherent strengths, abilities, and potential of youth to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Concentrate on identifying and leveraging the positive attributes and resources of each young person. Promote economic stability and justice for families. Reduce the rates of firearm assaults and gun-related homicides citywide. Promote prevention strategies that engage community voices and reimagine community safety. Scope of work may include, but is not limited to: Project Management Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Facilitate communication between project partners and stakeholders.
