SCOPE OF WORK: A specific scope of work shall be negotiated upon entry into a contract. The following describes the scope of services sought through this RFP, which may be assigned to the selected proposer. • Provide oversight and monitoring of the Program, engaging Young Ambassadors to have meaningful and skills growing experiences. • Provide on-boarding of each Young Ambassador. • Develop a curriculum for monthly training events to include: o importance of beautification, o project management skills, o community organizing, o communication strategies, o setting timelines, and o budgets. • Supporting each Young Ambassador through organizing a clean-up event in their community. • Setting standards for participation and capstone projects and engaging with each Young Ambassador to ensure each can meet those standards. • Develop a communication strategy for Young Ambassadors to follow to highlight their participation in the Program, and the projects they are working on.
