The desired Workplace Injury Management Program must include the following: Staff Facility: Provide a current Licensed/ Certified facility within the Albuquerque city limits to perform work described. Provide NM licensed / Physical and Occupational Therapists to perform work described. Provide adequate number of qualified Physical and Occupational Therapists local to the Albuquerque metro area to perform work described in the event of either planned or unplanned time off. Provide a dedicated licensed and trained Physical/ Occupational Therapy Manager who will be the point of contact for APS and resides in the Albuquerque Metro Area. Job Analysis: Perform physical job demands analysis and document Job Function Description, Test, Match, and Ergo Opportunities based on Job Function Matching, as defined and licensed for job titles determined by the APS Risk Management Director. Validate all Job Function Descriptions and Tests with staff, supervisors, and department directors. Re-evaluate, update, and re-validate all Job Function Descriptions as required when essential job functions change. Provide an online portal for APS Risk Management Department, APS ADA Program staff, APS’s TPA, and APS HR Staffers, APS Leaves staff, APS Case Management to access the most up-to-date Job Function Descriptions.
