The Southwest Environmental Finance Center (SWEFC) is seeking qualified firms to provide a variety of engineering services for water and wastewater systems, including, but not limited to: 1. Engineering evaluations 2. Preliminary engineering reports (PERs) 3. Environmental planning, assessment, or reports 4. Simple cost estimating 5. Assistance with asset condition assessment, asset mapping, and asset replacement costs 6. Some construction management to support the borrower. This may include bid support, change order reviews, limited project inspection, advice to systems on how to do construction inspection, and federal requirement assistance, such as Davis Bacon and domestic preference (Build America Buy America (BABA)).
