The purchase, installation, and annual maintenance of solar-powered lake circulators for various lakes managed by the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish (the Department). The goal is to enhance water quality, increase oxygen circulation, and improve habitat conditions for aquatic species in New Mexico’s lakes. The work will involve procurement, delivery, installation and maintenance of these systems. Purchase of Solar Powered Lake Water Circulators The contractor will provide the necessary quantity of solar-powered lake circulators with specifications equivalent to models SolarBee SB10000LH, SolarBee SB10000LS, and SolarBee SB7500LH, as specified by the Department. Delivery and Installation Delivery of the lake circulators to the Department’s designated lake(s). Conduct operational testing of the installed systems to verify that they are working according to specifications. The installation must be completed with minimal disruption to the lake environment and should adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Maintenance Provide maintenance that includes diagnostics and any necessary service and/or part replacements. Part replacements, when necessary, must be a part-for-part replacement using exact or equivalent part. Contractor must provide quote to the Department and a Purchase Order be obtained prior to any service work performed.
