The University of New Mexico is seeking attorneys to perform the following legal services on behalf of the University when requested by the Office of University Counsel. Contractors should indicate the areas of law set forth below for which they are qualified and interested in being awarded a contract to advise, counsel and represent the University. All services provided to the University shall be in accordance with the Guidelines for Outside Counsel attached hereto as Exhibit A. Guardianship Petitions: . Draft and file Petitions for Corporate Guardianship for those UNM Hospital patients who meet statutory requirements and standardized internal requirements, at the request of UNM Office of University Counsel. . Provide advice, counsel, and representation of UNM at hearings related to these petitions.
