Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The DWI and Prevention Program, located at 711 S. Camino Del Pueblo in Bernalillo, New Mexico. 2. Hours of Operation: a. Monday through Thursday - Hours 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. b. Friday - Hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. c. Office Closures – A schedule will be provided as part of the Contract when security services will not be needed. d. Coverage hours may be altered with advanced written notice to the Contractor. 3. The unarmed security guard will be required to complete the following for all clients required to report to the program for supervision: a. Have clients’ empty pocket(s) and place items into provided bin, have clients walk through metal detector, if alarms goes off – guard will hand wand clients, have clients sign in, search backpacks and purses and if necessary, give lock to place personal belongings in locker. All equipment will be provided by County. Call the Treatment Data Entry Clerk and/or the Administrative Screener to have client escorted to the appropriate area. If clients here for group, guard will have clients wait in the waiting area until Counselor comes out and escorts them to treatment room. b. During COVID-19 Pandemic guard will also take temperature of clients and employees entering through front door and have them use hand sanitizer before proceeding into the building. 4. Make sure all doors are secure before leaving at night. 5. Monitor areas via cameras installed at guard desk (Court Compliance, Screening, Treatment, etc.)
