Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking qualified architecture and planning firms to respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP) to assist in developing a 20-year Campus Safety Plan. The plan will provide a holistic approach to campus safety and will address electronic access control for the Central and North campuses (including proposed systems and options); an assessment of the current video security system and its applicability at UNM branch campuses; and recommendations on perimeter access controls including the implementation of physical barriers and license plate readers; among other possible safety measures. The plan must also include options for phased implementation over time. The Respondent must provide a detailed scope of work, schedule, and cost in the proposal
