Establish a Price Agreement for Truck Hauling Services for the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT), District Six (6). Equipment is to be delivered in good condition with qualified operators, who will operate and maintain the equipment in first class working condition. All operating expenses, fuel, oil, and repair parts are to be furnished by the Contractor at their expense during work being performed for NMDOT under this Price Agreement. Payment will not be made to the Contractor for broken equipment during down time needed for repairs. The Contractor shall agree that the operators of equipment will secure and have in their possession at all times, when operating the equipment, a proper motor vehicle operator's license as required by the laws of the State of New Mexico
