The Offeror shall supply all materials and labor necessary to provide temporary event seating for the National Championship Air Races in the form of bleachers. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: • Estimated bleacher seating capacity: 9,400 seats. • Transportation, installation, and dismantling of temporary bleachers prior to event start on September 10th, 2025, with dismantling required by September 23rd, 2025. • Coordination of delivery with Air Center staff. May require working around permanent bleacher foundations; a site visit is recommended prior to installation. Foundation drawings/layout will be provided by the owner upon award. • Supply of all structural components, safety barriers, and seating, including safety measures across the back and around the sides. • Bleachers shall not exceed 34 ft in height and must fit within a 528 ft x 76 ft footprint. • Temporary bleachers shall include a 24 ft x 8 ft timing/media platform (not covered). • Front row shall be elevated with a 6 ft walkway and include a rear transverse walkway. • Must include necessary ADA-compliant ramps and handrails. • All seating shall be aluminum seat boards and include seat numbering with a layout submitted to the owner for approval prior to installation. • Includes shop drawings stamped by a licensed professional engineer, submitted for approval by the owner prior to installation. Offeror bears responsibility for the structural integrity of the installation. • Offeror shall comply with Air Center security requirements. In special cases, Air Center staff may provide an escort with arrangements made in advance. • Offeror shall ensure compliance with local building codes and accessibility requirements. • Includes on-site inspection and certification before use.
