Statewide Hazardous Materials Investigations On-Call Task Order Based 1. Services to be Performed: Provide On-Call <> Services, as assigned by task order. The Contractor (also identified herein as Engineer or Consultant) shall not proceed with the work until it has received a Notice to Proceed (NTP) and a copy of the task order authorization form signed by both parties. Services shall be performed consistent with scope provided for in Request for Proposal (RFP) No.: <>. 2. The Contractor shall: a. Meet the standards, effective at the start date of this Agreement and as amended, in the: 1. the New Mexico Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway and Bridge Construction; 2. the Federal Highway Administration’s Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Device; 3. Title 23 of the Code of Federal Regulations; 4. standards established by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, the American Society for Testing and Materials; 5. Department infrastructure design directives; and 6. RFP <> or as otherwise included in the detailed scope of work. b. Comply with deadlines and/or completion dates in the task order. c. Fully perform work detailed in the scope of work, including as supplemented by amendment or task order. d. Provide accurate, complete, and correct plans and related data. e. Attend field inspections, conferences, or public meetings as required by the project and the Department. f. Maintain a New Mexico office and New Mexico professional contractor registration, as applicable
