Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Therapeutic Art Program for Persons who are Homeless, (2) Crisis Counseling and Support Services for Victims of Sexual Assault, (3) Stay in School Services, (4) Substance Abuse Outpatient Treatment Services for Youth, (5) School-Based Substance Abuse Outpatient Treatment Services for Middle School-Age Youth, (6) Southwest Mesa Outreach, (7) General Education Diploma (GED) Instruction and Workforce Readiness Training for Adults, (8) Emergency Shelter Services and Support Services for Victims of Domestic Violence, (9) Emergency Shelter Services for Homeless Women and Children, (10) Emergency Shelter and Supportive Services for Homeless Men, (11) Emergency Shelter and Behavioral Health Supportive Services for Homeless Men, (12) Crisis Shelter Services to Abused, Neglected and Abandoned Children/Youth, (13) Motel Vouchers and Leases for Persons who are Homeless, (14) Displaced Tenant Relocation Services, (15) Supportive Transitional Housing Services for Homeless Women, (16) Transitional Housing and Related Services for Women Exiting Prison or Jail, (17) Early Childhood Education Services for Homeless Families, and (18) Day Shelter Services.
