Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall perform the following work: 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive evaluation framework for the Office of School and Adolescent Health. a. Develop and implement a comprehensive evaluation plan to demonstrate the impact of school based health centers on adolescent health outcomes, behaviors, and academic success. Analyze existing datasets and tools, as well as, identify gaps in data and develop new tools for data collection and evaluation, as needed. b. Develop and implement a comprehensive evaluation plan to demonstrate the impact of school nursing services on adolescent health outcomes, behaviors, and academic success. Analyze existing datasets and tools, as well as, identify gaps in data and develop new tools for data collection and evaluation, as needed. c. Develop and implement a comprehensive evaluation plan to demonstrate the impact of positive youth development activities on adolescent health literacy, behaviors, and academic success. Analyze existing datasets and tools, as well as, identify gaps in data and develop new tools for data collection and evaluation, as needed. d. Develop and implement a comprehensive evaluation plan to demonstrate the impact of school behavioral health services on adolescent health outcomes, behaviors, and academic success. Analyze existing datasets and tools, as well as, identify gaps in data and develop new tools for data collection and evaluation, as needed. 2. Support the data collection and reporting needs for school based health centers (SBHCs) statewide. a. Ensure each SBHC has data collection and submission process in place which can merge into a centralized data hub. b. Provide ongoing training and technical support in data collection and submission process to participating SBHCs statewide. c. Provide quarterly customized data report for each SBHC describing productivity. d. Provide quarterly customized data reports for the Office of School and Adolescent Health (OSAH) describing SBHC productivity. e. Plan, implement, collect and summarize student health questionnaire (Just Health) data for SBHCs annually. f. Plan, implement, collect and summarize student experience survey data for SBHCs annually. g. Develop annual SBHC status report from previous year’s data and submit to OSAH by in time for annual legislative session. h. Participate in SBHC planning meetings as requested. 3. Support the creation, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive student information system. a. Ensure data system captures both student academic and student health data. b. Ensure data system easily transfers student data between schools and districts statewide. c. Provide ongoing training and technical assistance for the OSAH, the PED and for schools and districts.
