a. The successful Bidder(s) will perform the following cleanup services to the satisfaction of the NMDGF: 1) Remove litter from roadways, parking lots, range bays and adjacent grounds throughout each area of the range, including trash, broken glass, shot-up debris etc. Complaints submitted to the NMDGF related to site cleanliness will need to be addressed within seventy-two (72) hours. 2) Transport all trash to a designated landfill or transfer station in compliance with the regulations of the State Environment Department. 3) Provide toilet paper and thoroughly clean vault toilets, to include: • Washing and sanitizing commode surfaces. • Washing and sanitizing commonly touched surfaces, e.g., handicap railings, door handles and locks. • Removing all trash, leaves etc. from restrooms. • Notifying the NMDGF when vaults reach half full and need to be pumped. 4) Deal with damaged and/or vandalized property as follows: • Immediately (but no later than the next day, if discovered at the end of the day), report all vandalism and/or any maintenance/repair needs to NMDGF. Take enough photos to show the extent of vandalism or damage. • If possible, immediately notify the NMDGF POC via telephone, then email a detailed description and related photos when possible. 5) The NMDGF must be informed of all services performed with photographic documentation to be provided by the Awarded Vendor(s) of all areas before and after cleanup each month. 6) The Awarded Vendor(s) shall be paid on a monthly/quarterly (based on site requirements) 7) basis after submission of an original invoice. Invoices must be submitted by the first of each month. • Gross receipt taxes shall be included as a separate line item on the monthly invoice. • The Awarded Vendor(s) shall be paid per hourly rate of labor. • The Awarded Vendor(s) shall provide the NMDGF with detailed monthly invoices, which will include the date, arrival time, departure time and conditions of EACH range visited. b. The Awarded Vendor(s) shall provide vehicle and applicable insurance as required by the state of New Mexico. 1) The Certificate of Insurance shall state that the coverage provided under the policy is primary over any other valid and collectible insurance. 2) Automobile liability (including non-owned automotive coverage) shall have the same limits as general liability.
