Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Offeror shall provide senior and family food security services for seniors and families in rural communities in Doña Ana County. Services should focus on increasing access to high quality, nutritious meals for older adults and their families, improving self-resiliency and social supports. Offeror shall work with County staff to coordinate all aspects of the project. The services provided shall include, but not be limited to the following: 1. Improve access to food for seniors and low-income families. 2. Increase knowledge of food security resources. 3. Increase number of social connections for senior and low-income families. 4. Offer catered meals that are prepared off-site or on-site to Doña Ana Community Centers. 5. Offer Congregate and/or Home-Delivered meals to seniors and low-income families.
