The County of Fresno is soliciting Proposals for one vendor to provide unarmed Security Services for the Fresno County Juvenile Justice Campus. Such services shall include twenty four hour per day, seven days per week services. The Fresno County Juvenile Justice Campus is located at 3330 E. American Avenue, Fresno. The site is a 220 acre site, consisting of several County buildings including a Juvenile Detention Center. Approximately 50% of the site is developed, and 50% remains leased to farming operations, and is currently planted in grape vineyards. Security Services will include oversight of the entire 220 acre property site owned by the County of Fresno. A campus site Plan is attached. Security Service on a twenty-four hour basis including weekends and County Holidays is essential in order to maintain public and staff safety.
