Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services requested as part of this request for proposals (RFP) will result in a contract with a firm, or firms, that will provide the County Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) staff with functional and technical consulting resources within the County’s SAP ERP System. The SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Suite (ECC 6.0) includes, but is not limited to (see Appendix D & E for full listing of functionality): • SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM – Extended Classic Scenario); • Public Sector Collections and Disbursement (PSCD); • SAP Corporate Finance Management (CFM) for Treasury functions such as Debt Management and Investment Management; • Organizational Management/Mini-HR to accommodate workflow; and • Controlling and Funds Management module for an end to end Budget Preparation system. It is required that the proposing firm(s) have qualified knowledge and expertise of SAP ERP systems including SAP Enterprise Portal, Solution Manager, Business Intelligence (BI), SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), SAP Mobile Platform, Vender Invoice Management (VIM), Grants Management (GM), and SAP Central Component (SAP ECC), which includes: Public Sector Collections and Disbursement (PSCD) and SAP Corporate Finance Management (CFM) for Treasury functions. It is also required that the proposing firm(s) has technical expertise, including Basis administration, Process Integration (PI), ABAP/Java development, and Security to assist county technical staff in support of SAP.
