1. New Work: a) New roof system, pre-finished overflow scuppers, pre-finished metal coping, wood naileras needed, core drilled overflow and flashing, roof flashing at existing penetrations, roof curbs, condensing units, exhaust fans, duct detectors, controls & refrigerated A/C Units. b) Patching of gypsum board ceiling, ceiling grid, ceiling tiles, ceiling interior as needed – finishes to match existing adjacent. c) Removal and re-install of fire suppression sprinkler heads (if required by new work) for new ceiling tiles. d) Removal and re-install of fall protection and lighting protection is necessary. e) Provide a new one-quarter inch (1/4) coverboard set in low-rise foam adhesive. f) Provide 80mil app polyester reinforced base sheet. g) Provide a new 80mil fleece backed roof system set in low-rise foam adhesive provide a twenty (20) year NDL manufacturer’s warranty and a two (2) year contractor’s warranty. h) New metal shall be prefinished, selected by the owner from a full range of colors including premiums and metallics. Metallics to match existing metallics. Work shall also include all HVAC and electrical, piping disconnect, and reconnection as needed. i) Installation shall be as per NRCA, SMACNA, ANSI/SPRI, Specifications, details and manufacturer’s guidelines. 2. Demolition and Disposal: a) Roof system demolition, treated wood nailer, demolition, metal scupper demolition, mechanical components curb demolition. b) Interior ceiling selective demolition for repairs. c) Work shall include peeling of the EPDMP roof system down to the existing insulation. d) Work shall include disposal of all removed materials. e) Remove and replace any wet insulation to match existing height of the existing insulation...
