Raton Water Works, an independent municipal utility operated by the City of Raton, (referred to herein as “City” or “Owner”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit sealed proposals from highly qualified and experienced consulting firms (“Proposers”). The City seeks to establish a long-term partnership through a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with a prime vendor capable of providing comprehensive engineering services for its municipal water and wastewater infrastructure systems. This MSA will enable Raton Water Works to efficiently access a broad spectrum of engineering expertise necessary for the thorough assessment, proactive maintenance, and strategic improvement of its essential water and wastewater assets. The health, safety, and economic vitality of the City of Raton are intrinsically linked to the reliable and efficient operation of these critical infrastructure systems. Therefore, the selection of a capable and experienced engineering firm through this competitive process is of paramount importance to ensure the continued provision of high-quality water and wastewater services to the community.
