Specifications include, but are not limited to: This formal request is for a professional firm to provide full services as described, but not limited to, within the scope outlined in the AIA B151-1997 contract documents for the design of a new 650-seat auditorium in Beaufort, SC. The facility will be located on the site of the existing Beaufort High School and will be used by the public as well as schools from across the Beaufort area. The facility shall include a pre-function/lobby area, student art gallery, rest rooms, concession area, 650 seat auditorium, performing stage, wing space, fly tower, fly/electrical gallery, light gallery/catwalk, orchestra pit, scene shop, scene storage, costume shop/storage, dressing rooms, green room, mechanical mezzanine, electrical rooms, control room and loading area. It will function as a fully functioning performing arts center for school and public use.
