Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide daily Property security services, repairs to vandalism and maintenance of theProperty operating systems and equipment through the date of PDC's conveyance to aprivate interest or expiration of the Contract. All such services shall meet or exceedindustry standards for these types of services. Maintain the Property in good, clean and attractive condition according to generally-accepted property management standards and provide twenty-four hour emergencyresponse services for the Property. Repair, replace and/or alter the Property as may be necessary to meet health, safety andgenerally-accepted maintenance standards. This work shall not include corrections tothe current and outstanding City of Portland code violations
