San Juan County is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) new Eaton 93PM Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) unit for the San Juan County Adult Detention Center. The new unit must not require any retrofitting, and will need to replace the existing unit, a 93PM-L-60 UPS 208 or 220 VAC 3 phase 142/134 A in and 208 or 220 VAC 3 phase 142/134 A out. Purchase shall include a parts and service warranty, new batteries including installation and sealed battery preventive maintenance. San Juan County staff to install UPS, contractor to install batteries for startup. The equipment furnished must be new and meet all the applicable requirements of this solicitation. All parts and attachments not specifically listed, but which are necessary to furnish a complete ready-to-work unit, shall be provided. All manufacturers’ standard equipment for the model shall be provided and delivered complete to the San Juan County Adult Detention Center.
