Install a roof curb to properly support and seal rooftop unit. d. Furnish and install a new rooftop combination heating and cooling unit. e. Provide associated components including air handlers, condensers, evaporative coolers, heating unit, and controls. f. Provide and connect new ductwork to the system. g. Provide registers, diffusers, and grilles to ensure balanced air distribution. h. Provide all required electrical connections, including breakers, wiring, and fuse safety disconnects for new HVAC units. i. Provide and install new LP gas line to the unit. j. Provide and install new thermostats, safety controls, and exhaust fans. k. Provide proper ventilation for the meeting room. l. Test and balance air output for the meeting room duct system. m. Start up and test the new HVAC system for both cooling and heating modes. n. Ensure all newly installed equipment is fully operational and meets design specifications.
