The selected contractor will perform the following services: • Provide oversight for all outreach implementation efforts • Plan and strategize outreach and engagement strategies • Provide direction and supervision for two student placements who will be working directly under the project coordinator • Establish partnerships with local government entities, broadband providers, and community organizations • Create, plan, and deliver digital literacy training to community residents • Plan and organize community meetings, workshops, and informational sessions revolving around broadband access, resources, etc. • Create survey instrument/tools to collect and analyze feedback from residents • Promote digital literacy and benefits of broadband access • Engage in all other activities needed to advance project goals
