The Doña Ana County Health and Human Services (HHS) Department is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to provide evaluation services for both the ongoing and expanded internal and external evaluation of HHS programs that are aligned with our mission and vision. The goal is to gather data and insights to inform decision-making, improve program performance, and ensure that program goals align with community needs. The selected Offeror(s)shall provide consultation services for developing program evaluation designs and metrics, conducting program and outcome analyses, reviewing literature on effective programs, providing annual gap analyses, and reporting on HHS programs in compliance with various funding sources including appropriations, grants, and contracts.
