Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Administer and manage grant funding awarded to New Mexico public schools as a Fiscal Intermediary (FI); a. For expansion of school health work force with mental health counselors, school nurses, health assistants, and social workers licensed by the New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) that will remove barriers by linking services and improving access to mental health care, primary healthcare, case management and care coordination b. For expansion of school health infrastructure to support COVID-19 school health service programs and projects to support a COVID 19 prevention, mitigation, and response program through: 1. School health telehealth program defined by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) (2015) 2. school based Vaccine for Children (VFC) immunizations, influenza, and COVID19 vaccine
