• Offeror must demonstrate experience in legal representation, consultation, advice, and litigation support of the agency on all County legal work as directed by the County Manager and/or designee, including administrative hearings and experience of administrative decisions before state and federal courts in New Mexico. Must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years’ experience representing local government(s). • Offeror must schedule one (1) day a month for in-house scheduled appointments for consultation, advice, and/or legal representation for the agency of all County Legal work. • Any other required litigation related to administrative proceedings, State or Federal Court. • Provide updates, consultation and legal advice to the Board of County Commissioners in person and/or in writing from time to time as designated necessary by the County Manager and/or designee.
