Essential Functions: ● Provide direct physical health care including sick visits, sports physicals, well child checks and sexual health for referred patients ● Provide health and wellness care to students of all ages. ● Treat minor acute injuries. ● Educate and participate in patient advocacy. ● Diagnose illnesses and conditions. ● Order, conduct, and interpret diagnostic tests. ● Conduct examinations, provide counseling, and prescribe medications. ● Document services to patients as identified in the treatment plan according to professional board standards and consistent with SBHC policies and procedures and Medicaid billing requirements. ● Maintain inventory of pharmaceuticals stored in the clinic and adhere to the Pharmacy Policy and Procedures manual
