Specifications include, but are not limited to: PROPERTY SECURITY SERVICES . The PORTLAND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ("PDC" or "Commission"), the urban renewal agencyfor the City of Portland, Oregon is seeking sealed Proposals from qualified and experienced firms for theprovision of Property Security Services on an as-needed basis through a "Flexible Services Contract".The contract is anticipated to start on or about April 1, 2009. The initial contract will be awarded for a oneyear period with PDC reserving the right to extend the contract for two years, not to exceed a total ofthree years. The value of each consultant contract is anticipated to not exceed $100,000 for a three yearperiod. Specific project work will be assigned, amended and/or deleted under the established contractthrough a Work Order, sample form Attachment "A", (copy attached to this RFQ). The Commission, attheir sole discretion and with the concurrence of the Contractor may amend the contract as deemednecessary and in the best interest of the Commission. Rate schedules provided by the Contractor shall beused for all work resulting under this contract and are binding unless otherwise amended or approved bythe Commission. The Commission, at its discretion, may amend, extend or terminate any or all contractsto reflect the change in projected needs. The Commission makes no guarantees of work under the"Flexible Services Contract" arrangement
