The City of Farmington, New Mexico, ("OWNER"), is seeking proposals from qualified General Contractors to manage the on-call, emergency, and planned work for municipal water and wastewater pump stations and motors. The selected contractor will oversee the design, supply, installation, repair, upgrades, and commissioning of pumps, controls, and SCADA systems- including programming, subcontracting specialized work as necessary. All contractors and subcontractors must possess the appropriate licenses and certifications for their respective work and must comply with all applicable state, federal, and EPA regulations. Routine maintenance shall not be included in this contract. The General Contractor is to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials for the work unless otherwise stated in the Contract Documents, Contract Documents were completed by the City of Farmington, Municipal Annex Building, 805 Municipal Drive, Farmington, New Mexico
